The Word is Tender

Sometimes you meet a family and just pray to the muse for the ability to capture the way they love each other, to find a way to show how it feels to be around them.

At this session, the muse heard me.

Family shoots are like fine wine, the longer you know a family - the more authentically you can portray them, the more they show you the way they love.

Sometimes, however, you get lucky and meet people who are unguarded, who trust you just because you make their daughter smile - in those moments it all comes together and we have images that portray a chapter in a family that feels timeless.
