PSST, THIS ONE HAS A DOG

After their wedding and maternity images here we were again together, and this time I was meeting someone new.

The sun that day was so warm and blasted through the windows of their airy home. The simplicity of these days always brings me back to the slowness necessary to ease into this new space that was once a space for just two. The first weeks of bringing home a baby are full of rhythm. A current of sleep, eat and diapers. There is so much learning to do with this new addition to the family. Everything is made bare, stirpped to the simplest forms of love - holding, feeding, clothing. To have these moments captured is one thing, but to capture them with people I've come to adore is another entirely.
